The Honey Don't List was one of my most anticipated reads this month and while I found the writing was good and the overall reading experience was enjoyable, I didn't love it. The plot was interesting but I think it focused too much on certain aspects (like Melissa and Rusty), and therefore some areas were lacking as a result- such as the romantic story between Carey and James. It had some positive elements (like good chemistry) but that real connection was missing and things felt slightly rushed with the development of their relationship.
That aside, If you're in the mood for a rom-com, contemporary women's fic novel that delivers some light humor and an enemies-turned-lovers romance, check out The Honey-Don't List.
