New Release Review: The Difference by Kaylee Ryan

The Difference was a sweet, satisfying romance. Kaylee Ryan's characters were interesting and fun, and the chemistry between the two main players was top notch! Addy had been burned more times than she cared to count, so the protective walls around her heart were built strong and high. Lucas was the perfect gentleman. He was honest, charming, and followed through with what he promised, or said. When Lucas and Addy connected and began to spend time together, she was hesitant, and initially kept him at arm's length. He remained patient, and moved at her pace, but he also made sure that Addy knew when he tells her he's in it, he means it. I enjoyed the growth and development of their relationship, and as Lucas gradually broke through Addy's barriers, I couldn't help but smile. Kaylee Ryan added in some good banter, dialogue, and conversation between the characters, so I was always feeling entertained. This was overall a very cute, pleasing read.
