Review

Staci Hart's Piece of Work was a sexy and fun read. The writing and art culture was highly intriguing. I adored the supportive friendship between Rin and her girlfriends, but the romance between her and Court failed to captivate me. The main characters had real sparks flying between them physically. The attraction felt real and they were very hot together! I did, however, have trouble connecting with them on a deeper level. Court's feelings were especially difficult for me to buy into. The growth of their relationship wasn't convincing and it fell a little flat. While I didn't entirely connect with the love story, I did enjoy the overall story. If you are looking for a lighter rom-com, and a quick read, give Piece of Work a chance!
