Review: Commitment by K. M. Golland
Review
K.M Golland’s Commitment was an engaging, funny, and refreshingly realistic romance.
Tash and Dean have been married for a very long time. They really do love each other, but the spark that was once there during what one would call the “honeymoon phase” has been lost.
What transpires throughout the book had me laughing, swooning, scowling and smiling. Tash and Dean’s situation was very real and I’m positive there are many couples who have been together for years that have shared similar experiences and/or been in the same situation. Communication break-downs and loss of intimacy. Careers, children, and other activities of daily life taking over, romance and passion now taking a back seat. As Tash and Dean navigate through the bumps and curves in the road that was their relationship, they slowly found a way to light that fire again, and I couldn’t have been happier.
I thoroughly enjoyed Tash and Dean’s story. It was a great addition to the Temptation Series and I loved getting a taste of Bryce and Alexis again!! I would suggest reading the first books in the series prior to picking up Commitment, only because that’s where you’ll get the full story of some of the other characters, but it isn’t required, this can be read as a standalone.
