MY REVIEW
After reading- and loving- Ms. Kay's debut novel, Reckless Abandon, I was very excited to read her next book! People, she has hit a home run with this one! SINical Heart has an engaging plot, lovable characters, and some super steamy scenes. Let’s talk about those lovable characters I mentioned above. If you don’t find yourself wanting to marry Justin, you’re crazy! He is a sexy and passionate Rockstar but he is also patient, kind, and incredibly sweet. One of my favorite lines is when Justin says to Kennedy,
“This,” I point to the two of us, “will never be about me or you. It will always be about us.”
Gahh, SWOON, this moment I swear I had hearts in my eyes. Kennedy was loving and strong. She had so much going on in her life and she tried very hard to do what’s best for her girls. Justin was there to support Kennedy through everything, and he made it clear that he was not going to lose her again. Their rekindling romance was beautiful, hot and may have brought a tear to my eye a time or two. Although Justin and Kennedy are the stars of the show, Teri has also introduced us to a few secondary characters that deserve their own time in the spotlight. So, on my knees, pretty please, make it a series?! #NotDoneWithThesePeeps #Kyle #Bexley #Jameson #Lauren. When you read SINical you’ll know what I mean. This is a beautiful second chance romance that you won’t be able to put down. I know I’ll be reading this again and I can’t wait to see what comes next from Teri Kay!
